Product Description: Zone 4-9 Also called Tuliptree, Tulip Magnolia and Yellow Poplar. A fast grower to 70 to 90 feet in height and 35 to 50 feet in width. Large "tulip" shaped flowers bloom in May and early June. The 4 to 6 inch long leaves are green above and pale below, turning golden yellow in the fall. A large aristocratic tree not suited for smaller landscape. Virtually pest free and gypsy moth proof. Height is about 6-12 inches upon shipping. |
